 What is feedback?
Feedback is made up of comments and ratings left by other members of StickNoBills. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators of your reputation and reliability at StickNoBills. They are included, along with an overall feedback score, in all your ads under Seller Information

How it works

The feedback system is easy to understand. You receive:

  • +1 point to your feedback score for each positive comment and rating left for you.
  • 0 points to your feedback score for each neutral comment and rating left for you.
  • -1 point to your feedback score for each negative comment and rating left for you.
  • A feedback star once you have 10 or more comments and ratings left for you.
    For example, Bobby (28) means that the member with the User ID 'Bobby' has received a net positive feedback score of 28.

How to check it

You can check the seller's Feedback rating by clicking on the feedback score, User ID or Read Feedback comments link. 
Feedback Tips
  • Always leave feedback after a transaction so that other members may benefit from your experience.
  • Usually, a high feedback score and high percentage is a good sign, but you should always read all comments and look for negative remarks.
  • Contact the member and try to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback.
  • You cannot remove Feedback you have left, so be sure to leave only fair and factual comments and ratings that relate to to your experience.
 How do I leave feedback?
To leave feedback for another member:
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click the "Leave Feedback" link under the Seller Information provided on the member's any ad.
  3. Click the Submit/Modify Feedback button.
Note: Remember that any feedback you leave is public and permanent, so think carefully before leaving feedback. Make sure that comments are fair and factual. If there is a dispute, try to resolve the differences before leaving feedback.
 Can feedback comments be removed?

In most cases, feedback that is left for you by another member cannot be removed. The Feedback Forum provides members with an opportunity to briefly describe their experiences with one another. Because the feedback represents a member's opinion, StickNoBills cannot edit these comments, nor can they legally investigate them for accuracy.

However, there are some basic rules that must be followed to ensure that feedback isn't abused. We will remove feedback in a few limited situations, if we find that these rules have been broken.

 Feedback Abuse and Removal
StickNoBills will remove feedback ratings and comments if they meet the standard for feedback abuse outlined in the section below.
Members should use caution and good judgment when leaving feedback for another member of the community, because:
  • Feedback cannot be edited or removed once it has been left. It generally becomes a permanent part of a member's StickNoBills record and is viewable publicly.

  • Members could be held legally responsible for damages to a member's reputation if a court were to find that the remarks constitute libel or defamation. Because StickNoBills.com does not censor feedback or investigate it for accuracy, StickNoBills.com is not legally responsible for the remarks that members post, even if those remarks are defamatory. However, the person who leaves the feedback is not protected from responsibility for it.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

  • Listing cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Feedback removal

Feedback abuse and removal

Feedback that meets any of the circumstances below is feedback abuse and may be subject to removal.

Feedback that doesn't meet any of the reasons outlined below will not be removed:
  • The feedback comment contains profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language or adult material. Inflammatory language, such as "fraud, liar, cheater, scam artist, con man" etc., while strongly discouraged, will not be removed.
  • The feedback comment contains personal identifying information about another member, including real name, address, phone number, or e-mail address.
  • The feedback makes reference to an StickNoBills.com

  • The feedback comment contains links or scripts.

  • Negative feedback intended for another member will be considered for removal only in situations where the member responsible for the mistaken posting informs StickNoBills.com of the error and has already placed the same feedback for the correct member.

  • Feedback left by a member who provided StickNoBills.com with false contact information and could not be contacted.

  • Feedback left by a member who bid on or purchased an item solely to have the opportunity to leave negative feedback for the seller, with no intention of completing the transaction.

  • Feedback left by users who are indefinitely suspended for certain policy violations within 60 days of registration. StickNoBills.com takes the position that members who are indefinitely suspended soon after registration shouldn't be able to permanently impact another member's account. Not all suspension types qualify for feedback removal. For example, accounts that are suspended for non-payment of bills and instances when member is provided with the opportunity to fix the issue (and be reinstated), may not qualify for removal.
